Sometimes you watch for evil. Sometimes you watch for me. Sometimes you watch for people With no consideration for what you see. Sometimes you hear only evil. Sometimes you listen for me. Sometimes you only hear those people Who only tell you what you want to hear. And you wonder What's the use of that? It looks like life's a little flat. Sometimes you lack emotion. Sometimes you lack your mind. Sometimes you haven't a notion To what's okay and what is not time after time. And you wonder What's the use of that? It looks like life's a little flat. And you wonder What's the use of that? It looks like life's a little flat.

Secrets 02:13
What's with you holding out? What's with you holding out? What's with you holding out? What's with you holding out? What's with you telling lies? What's with you telling lies? What's with you telling lies? What's with you telling lies? What's with you holding out? What's with you telling lies? What's with you holding out? What's with you telling lies? Why don't you straighten up? Why don't you straighten out? What's with you telling lies? What's with you holding out?

Can I 03:23
There you are across the room. I hope to see you up close soon. Wish that you would come to me. Tryin' not to be an ass. Talkin' as if I have class. Hopin' that you'll talk to me. And I'm waitin' Can I talk to you now baby? Can I talk to you now girl? Can I talk to you now baby? Can I talk to you now girl? You wouldn't have come to me of course. Unless my friend had known yours. Did you see me before then? So you talked to me the most. And I think we got real close. Did you think that we would be? We would be. Can I be with you now baby? Can I be with you now girl? Can I be with you now baby? Can I be with you now girl? Can I talk to you now baby? Can I talk to you now girl? Can I be with you now baby? Can I be with you now girl?

It's Monday and the skies are grey. The leaves are brown and the streets are wet. On Sunday It all came down It all came down on me. But I think I'm fallin' for Fall like I fell for the Summertime. It's gettin' dark at six o'clock The day's about to end. A lonely world. A lonely time. You're my only friend. But I think I'm fallin' for Fall like I fell for the Summertime. But I think I'm fallin' for Fall. I think I'm fallin' for Fall. I think I'm fallin' for Fall like I fell for the Summertime.

My T.V. 02:19
I'm gonna trash My TV. I never like What I see. Get home from work. Just go to sleep. I'm gonna trash My TV. I don't want to know What is happening. Somewhere else. I don't care. I don't want to see. I'm gonna trash My TV. I never like What I see. Get home from work. Just go to sleep. I'm gonna trash My TV.

Keep it in your heart. Keep it in your soul. Don't forget what it feels like. Don't let it go. And it might not be there. If you leave it too long. Keep it in your heart now. It won't do you wrong. Bring it back to love. (X8) I'll see it in your eyes. I'll see it in your teeth. I'll hear it in your breathin' Underneath the sheets. I'll feel it on your skin When it's right next to me. It'll make you as happy As you want to be. Bring it back to love. (X8) Bring it back to love. (X8)

It's Alright 04:28
Don't go too fast. Don't go too high. Don't cry out loud. Keep it inside. Don't stay awake 'Till the middle of the night. Get up with the sun Before it gets bright. Don't wonder how. Don't wonder why. Don't smoke cigarettes. Don't drink any wine. It's all right. It's all right. Then it's alright. Then it's alright. Don't look at the sun It's too bright. Don't go too fast. Don't go too high. Don't cry out loud. Keep it inside. Don't lie in bed 'Till she's your wife. It's all right. Then it's alright. Then it's alright. Then it's alright. Don't go too high. Don't go too fast. Don't cry out loud. Keep it inside. Don't go too fast. Don't go too high. Don't cry out lou... Don't look at the sun. It's too bright. It's all right. It's all right. It's all right.

Back Home 02:30
Trying to find my way back home. Trying to find my way back home. Trying to find my long long way back home. It's a simple life back home. Trying to find my way back home. Gotta drive a long long way back home. I want all I had back home. I think I've lost my way back home. I can't read the signs to get back home. Trying to find my way back home.

Ditty 00:53

about

Between the approximate years of 1995-2000 I wrote and recorded a lot of music in my bedroom. Sometimes I sat down with one of my sisters or my girlfriend and collaborated with them. With their singing and sometimes lyric writing abilities, I was somewhat prolific. Good music didn't always result but the songs were usually catchy or funny. Some of these songs had no lyrics and were born from boredom or experimentation. Some songs from this period were actually good and were written, performed, and recorded entirely by me. These songs make up the compilation, or album, I titled Trite.
